Hurry, this huge Xbox sale discounting 20 Call of Duty games ends soon

The Activision Blizzard sale has been an absolute treat, offering major discounts on the publisher's most iconic series, including Call of Duty on PS5 and Xbox.

It’s time to get a shift on if you’ve been eyeing anything from the bumper Call of Duty sale currently on at the Xbox store, as it will end this Saturday, June 8. Microsoft has been leveraging the extensive Activision Blizzard library in a big way with huge discounts on top games as it continues to recoup its incomprehensibly large $75bn buyout of ActiBlizzKing. While many are waiting for the CoD catalog (as well as Black Ops 6) to arrive on Xbox Game Pass, this is a great opportunity to spend your cents sensibly if you’d rather own your games.

To recap, every single Call of Duty title in the iconic FPS game series, barring 2003’s original CoD and the remaster of 2009’s MW2 campaign, is currently available for up to 67% off. If, for whatever reason, you want to own all three iterations of Modern Warfare (2007, Remastered, and 2019) for $50, you can do so now. If you want to clear through all of the Black Ops games ahead of Black Ops 6 for under $100, now’s the perfect time to invest – Sam’s already penned a compelling argument for giving Black Ops Cold War a go that you should check out while you’re here.

I on the other hand am a sucker for the classics. Though I’m miffed as to why the MW2 campaign remaster didn’t make the cut, any opportunity to relive the 2000s era at a bargain sounds great to me. Whether that’s improving my Mile High Club time in Modern Warfare, or slugging zombies in Nacht der Untoten, it’s important to appreciate the multiplayer game series’ roots.
